Thursday June 25th

Bodyweight = Fat from 2 pizzas I ate by myself last night. yuck. I will never work out again after being on the piss all of yesterday, I had the most rotten headache from the initial warmups.

On a happier note, my Rehband knee sleeves are on the way and I shall start squatting again in a few weeks :-D

5/3/1 - Cycle 3 - Wave 2 DEADLIFT (167.5kg)

5*67.5kg
5*82.5kg
3*100kg
-----
3*117.5kg
3*135kg
5*150kg
+2*150kg (form work)

Estimated 1RM: 187.5kg <--- meh.
-----
3*10*92.5kg

CURLS

1*10*25kg
2*10*30kg

WEIGHTED INCLINE SITUPS

5*10*+17.5kg

felt shit. glad I am home now lol.

I am rather dissapointed wth them I don't know if they are just burning me out or what, but I felt when I pulled 16*155kg in my first cycle, that it was cake/easy as shit that day to be honest and they just keep going backwards.

I'm still reaching the required reps for 5/3/1 so maybe it's just time I let it even out and go from there before I think about deloading. Probably wait until I am far away from missing reps before a deload.

They just seem so heavy to a begining deadlifter like me. I think I'll be doing triples of 305 this weekend. But we will see how that goes.

I still out deadlift you homo.

I probably need a deload. I was planning on a deload before I began 5/3/1 but had alot of sucess that first cycle of 5/3/1.

ok. you treated your body like shit the day before, had a massive headache in warmups... did you honestly expect to repeat your earlier performance? i wouldn't have.

5/3/1 works, just keep going. until you get to a point where you're not even meeting the required numbers, keep it up. it's a marathon, not a sprint.
