Saturday 23rd November
went and did some sprints on the oval. Did probably 5-6 back and forth, I'd estimate it's about 100 or 200m in distance, yes I know, thats a big estimate difference, but whatever. Felt long enough.
Went until my legs started to give out and my time dropped noticeably.

Sunday - 23rd Nov
moved house, stuffed all my shit at my sisters, then ate fish and chips and watched the hatton fight.
decided to go for a run hours later, fish and chips almost came up. Maybe got 10 mins into the run.

November 26th
Weight 90kg
Went for 40 minute LSD ride around the town, humidity was high, good workout. Will try and do a run in the morning, then a LSD ride everyday from tommorow.

Nov 26th PM session - did 20 mins 20 second sprints/10 second rest on the stationary bicycle, kept the resistance low enough so I did not reach lactate threshold but instead kept the HR high, felt good.

oh, I didn't care about weight until i saw some of the guys at <85kg in my divisions here. :-)
Nov 27th
did sprints in the morning, bout 8-10 sets of 200m.
then a light 20/10 (20 seconds moderate, 10 seconds less intense) ride later to flush some blood in there.
Saw physio, says that he is confident with some rehab my elbow problem will heal up within 4 weeks. Said I can do basically nothing in the gym yet, only:
Hammer grip pulldowns (not hammerpulls yet, as my arm is not allowed to go full flexion at the moment since it pops out)
Hammer grip seated rows.
no bench, of any kind, just pec dec. :-S
forearm work. he wants me to do wrist curls, but I can do wrist roller and grippers still so know I know i am not damaging anything anymore I'll get started on those again.
ummm and yeah nothing else really for the moment. They have big 25kg plates I can put on my chest and do +25kg bodyweight squats. I might just do that to build some dynamic power. And maybe box jumps if I can find some boxes that are stable.
Will go gym tommorow.

Friday 28th Nov
didn't manage to get any cardio in today, was busy with eye appointments and lunch with a friend. My eyes are not settled enough for gay laser surgery so, might get contacts sometime over the next 2 months.
did some bodyweight squats holding a 25kg plate in my arms. Gonna ask my physio if i can do zercher squats when I see him in 2 weeks. Not too concerned with strength gains at the moment just keeping active.
did some hammer grip pulldowns, hammer grip rows, etc, abs, pec dec, and then did some grip training, now i can go heavy on the grippers without issue, should close the CoC2 sometime in the next month hopefully.
cant wait to actually do some real lifts again.

I thouight he had an elbow issue, and i think zerchers may not be a good idea for that.
What's gay laser surgery, do the doctors not wear pants?
