my weight doesn't fluctuate that much. So it's kinda easier to base it off my actual lifts I've done. I've done almost 3*5*+20kg Chins before, so I may gain/lose a kg depending on how my diet goes from this point, but easier to leave it like that.

I ate alot today, you would all be proud.

OH you're being serious. Well when you do a chin you're lifting your BW + whatever you add. And when calculating 1RMs, you're working with percentages, which are skewed if you don't include your BW. Finish high school noob.

....shut up. lol, it's not like my weight is going to go up 5kg in a week. +/- 1-2kg is not going to break the bank, hell i don't include the weight of my belt in my calculations either, and thats probly a kilogram in itself.

see the problem is I right my log before i get to the gym and weigh myself.

and I don't want to get to the gym and do math, fuck that shit. math is for homos, and high school kids :p
