they said it was a rare muscle disease, but then changed their mind and it was some inflamed muscle that never.. deflamed. It just inflamed, then stayed super hard and stopped me from going past 90 degrees without intense pain.

This big rugby dude was in the gym today. I realized he is the guy I was talking to last night at the GNC in the city. Some cute girl was looking to buy some Staminade (which to my rememberance is just food colouring and dextrose/some other carbs). So i told her to just buy some dextrose, and potentially stopped him from selling her some absolute garbage.

I don't know if he recognised me though. lawl.

(note: guess I can't be expecting to pull 15*155kg like in past months when I have dieted down for a month. sigh, lost a bit of muscle I am guessing)

I just did the math on that one. Ouch I was happy with my 225 x 10 finisher the other day. Looks like I got a long way to go
