The tone of your post came across pretty casual, and getting hit by a car is kind of a big deal.

That is the fucking strictest diet I have ever heard of.

Just get some anadrol or something, get your T-levels up to that of an active 17-year-old and eat whatever you want and keep staring at your visible abs....



I'm like 93kg atm still, fucking haven't been able to hunt enough animals or gather enough cruciferous veg to put on weight recently. My diet is seriously like a minimum of 5k cals per day. Maybe I should start making 2 omelettes after school every day too. I'm so lazy with cooking.

I think proper nutrient timing is the key to getting jakt and tanned, but at the same time... Some people are just meant to have bellies dude. Those same people also tend to be stronger than the ones that don't. Cherish it.

It is, but it isn't. Honestly, I'm just over the day. I'm gonna relax, watch TV, and then hit the books tommorow (I still have exams to study for).

But yeah i got hit, and smeshed off and landed on my back. Good thing I was wearing a good motorcycle helmet.

Eggs are a good key man. I thought you drank enough milk though?

2 slices of toast (10g protien / 30g carbs)
TOTAL: 40g protien / 30g carbs / 46g fat (sat)
MEAL 4

1 chicken breast/whatever/kangaroo/koala/anything with protien for dinner (30-40g protien)
Vegetables (40g vegetables)
TOTAL: 40g protien / 40g carbs
MEAL 5

30g casien (30g protien)
30 almonds (6g protien / 6g carb / 14g fat)
TOTAL: 40g protien / 5g carb / 14g fat


OVERALL TOTAL: 255g protien / 290g carbs / 76g fat (40g sat/30g poly/mono)

LOW Carb Days: 260g protien / 175g carbs / 75g fat (no 1/2 cup oats in shake + no PWO carbs shake = 180 carbs)

MODERATE Carb Days: 260g protien / 240 carbs / 75g fat (no PWO carbs shake, toast is okay)

HIGH Carb / WORKOUT DAYS (Bench/OHP) - 260g protien / 300g carbs / 75g fat (1/2 cup oats added + carb shake + toast -- diet as above)
So yeah, just needed some more tinkering. Happy with it now.

I should just re-itterate the 'red light' running, was not like I got hit by the car, got on the bike and zoomed away lol. I gave the driver my details, the red light thing was an hour or 2 later. I really shouldn't have been driving to be honest.

yeah i get heaps of milk... because i'm too lazy to cook. eat at least 20k kj per day but it's not working... haha

lol you need to move away from home for Uni mate... I cook, or I don't eat.

But I live in student accomodation here and there is a Hungry Jacks (Burger King for your americans in my log), which is across the road, and a Dominoes down the road. So often do I see the boxes and shit in the bin.
