I used to go a bit narrower but messed with my grip for a while until this felt more comfortable. Dunno, might try a little narrower next week and see how my max rep set feels. I don't mind experimenting.

Thursday June 18th

Bodyweight 90.2kg

Should have passed my exam yesterday. Glad about that, but have since had a bad day today. I got into a car crash and a car hit me and knocked me off my scooter. I then proceeded to run a red light because my mind was fucking off with the fairies, and I narrowly avoided getting hit by cars again thank god. Then I went to get groceries and as i was in the car park, a child ran in front of the scooter and I narrowly missed killing him... THAT one was not my fault. but still..

fuck. what a fucking shit day.

2*2*+20kg (made sure these were very strict)

Haven't lose anything on my chins in 2 months, with 1 month of dieting, so that's good!

Now to go eat some food... as I haven't eaten since getting hit by the car. And i probly should. Kinda in shock stil..

Wow that sucks. I guess riding a scooter is a pretty good way to garuantee not having a good day.... lol Foz rides a scooter!

Good lifting today though, esp the Chins.

it's okay I honestly don't care today mate. I've come down off the adrenaline dump of being hit by the car and now I'm just flat.

Decided I am gonna start eating a bit more on workout days. Maybe another glass of milk in my shake just to keep the calories up so I can grow a bit.

what you weigh now?

I'm thinking that I'll follow TD's advice and try bump the carbs. I started calculating stuff again (thank you dragonfire)

Gonna follow White Lightnings diet for a while - Lean Mass Gain + Fat Loss = Carb Cycling. Bumping up my carbs a fair bit.

I will have high carb days on bench/OHP days, and mod carbs on the other day (I will go to a 3 day split)

My high carb days will re-introduce 1 cup of oats to my shake and toast again with my other meal.

Moderate carb days I will just cut the oats from the shake. Toast will remain. 1 extra protien shake to meet requirements.

Low carb days will be absent of PWO carb shake obviously cause there is no lifting, and no toast. So pretty much what my diet is right now is my low carb days. 1 extra protien shake to meet requirements.

I am looking forward to eating like a man again, and going after that 240kg deadlift. Fuck deficit lifting.

fuck my belly too, I hope it goes away though ahhahaha.

This is the 'fat loss' diet from White Lightnings excel spreadsheet, NOT the muscle building. So, this will be interesting.
