Ah, bench tip that helps me keep tightness - set the rack height up at pretty close to lockout.

i knew you were the only man for me.

I am thinking of getting some Rehband knee sleeves. They will help keep my knees warm during winter (which is for another 3-4 months) and may be a good investment based off the fact that I've had 1 knee surgery, and now both knees are playing up.

Thoughts?

What grip do you bench with? In training and for max attempts? And are your arms short, medium or long for your height?

Ta standard, I'm considering getting them in the next 2 weeks, and giving my knees some time off in the mean time from squatting.

Breezer - I have my ring finger (one just after the pinky) on the far rings. If that's what you mean. I'd say I have short/stocky arms for my height. But i've never measured.

Ah okay. Yeah that's a tad wider than what I use in training and I have long arms. Most strong people I know suggest using slightly narrower grip in training and then getting a little wider as the weight gets heavier (relative to your max). If that's not what you're doing already.
