Thursday - 20th November

went for a run for the first time in a while, now my chest infection has cleared up. Cardio is absolutely shit. I'd estimate of the 20-30 minutes I was out there, 10 of it was actual running.

Will do 8 minutes of HIIT then some LSD to warm down tonight.

Going to aim for 2 sessions of cardio a day, 5 days a week when I go home. Want to drop 5-10kg before I come back to Brisbane in February, so that gives me 2 months which is do-able if I stick to it and don't fuck with my diet...

Magistrate Elaine Truscott asked Weatherley, who represented himself, why he behaved the way he did.

He said he resisted police because he was trying to make himself "decent".

He was fined $600 for offensive behaviour and convicted of the other two offences without further action taken.

Friday - Nov 21st

did 8 minutes HIIT, 12 minutes LSD on the stationary bicycle.

Killed it all by eating a pizza tonight while watching MMA with a friend. lol

Man, no sense in getting worked up about the occasional pizza-beer-mma night, they're vital to survival.

Yeah, just I wanna get back to 80ish by February, so was hoping to drop 10kg (sitting on 90kg at the moment).

I can't help I get injured Standard lol

haven't got a club yet. I moved here in June, and had knee surgery in July. Providing I can rehab this elbow and it doesn't need surgery, I will probably train with Eduardo Diaz next year. Depends entirely how this elbow heals up...
