Metrolou's Training Log
Well, this is the first time I will be completely honest and organized, in terms of having a sort of diary on myself. I've been browsing the Training section for a while and found some great stuff. Today will be the first day of training.
Stats:
Age: 26
Height: "6'5"
Weight: 210
Goal: Increase strength and speed
I look to the book "Training for Warriors" for some of the exercises as well as clippings from Men's Fitness, Men's Health, etc. Plyometrics and compound exercises 3 days a week, 1 day cardio, 1 day plyo. That should work I believe. We'll see. I'm no expert but I will try my best.
