So I'm guessing you skipped the Intro cycle on Smolov? I'm on week one of that right now, just squatted for my third consecutive day and I'm definitely feeling it. Anyway, I think it was on stronglifts.com, I read that you shouldn't do OHP standing while doing Smolov, extra taxing on the core which is definitely not needed on Smolov. Also no BOR for the same reason. DB Rows while supporting yourself on a bench are recommended, instead. (I see you did both the other day.) Basically my understanding was that for additional lifts, do stuff like Bench, Seated OHP, DB Rows, Pull Ups, Dips, etc. Nothing more to tax the core, specifically the lower back.
