Motorbreath and whiplash were both better songs on that album, but jump in the fire was probably my 3rd favorite on that CD. So good job.

I can agree with you there.. but I think this song fits a log title better.. Other possible choices were Damage Inc., and The struggle within.

good training. keep pushing yourself. You may also want to occassionally rotate push presses/side presses/jerks/etc for military presses...will allow you to move more weight...

Thanks man.. I'm trying to stick to the book for my 5x5 program right now. But when I get out on my own and start My Smolov cycle these will def. be in the rotation. Just gotta learn the difference between a PP and a Jerk now and look up a side press

Good workout again today.. I'm def. sure I'm making improvement 3 weeks ago I couldn't have done this. I'm starting to get anxious its been awhile since I've been on the mat. Looking forward to august and the start of practice right now.
