Holy shit the wednesday workout is long and taxing. I'm gonna eat and take a nap after I post this. Cuz I'm tired as hell.

SOHP
5x75x5

Deadlift
5x205x5

Lighter Squat
5x160x5

Pullups
5xBWx5

I'm pretty sure this took me and hour and 15 to 30 minutes because of all the rest I had to do. Pretty tough workout

I'm online registering for the state games for wrestling and I noticed they have a powerlifting event. I may sign up. I've got until July 3rd to register. I'll have to think about it for a while.

Wow much tougher workout today.. may not have got enough rest over the weekend or eaten enough. but Overall pretty good and tough.

Bench
135x5
140x5
145x5
155x5
160x5

I bumped up the last two sets by 5 pounds from last week. Made the workout a little tougher but I still finished it. Next monday I'll probably bump the first 3 up 5 from the start as well.

Squats
5x190x5

I bumped up every set by 5 from last week. It was really tough I finished it but I was barely ready for it I'm sure many of the reps were piss poor form. I'll stay at this weight again for next week.

Dynamic Rows
5x155x5

Still pretty easy.. May bump again next week I'll see how I feel.

Sprint work today, didn't get through the whole work out my legs crapped out. I'll list what I got through. I probably could have dug in and finished but I wouldn't have anything left for lifting tomorrow, this way I can try to recover.

3 : 1 ratio walk : sprint

2 x 5 sec. sprint
2 x 10
2 x 20
1 x25 (crapped out here what was still left to do in bold)
1x25
2x 35
2 x 15

Today was tough.. I got out of bed and my hamstrings were tighter than a nun's vagina. The muscles in my feet are sore, must've been from running yesterday in the park. Had a long day yesterday of digging post holes for a privacy fence.. gonna be even longer today setting them and putting the fence up.
SOHP
5x80x5

Deadlift
5x210x5

Lighter Squat
5x165x5

Pullups
5xBWx5

Good workout today.. I just hope I never have to put up vinyl fencing again. This shit is a pain in the ass.

Bench
5x155x5

SQUAT
155x5
165x5
175x5
190x5
200x5

Rows
140x5
145x5
150x5
160x5
165x5

Followed the up the last two sets by 5 lbs strategy again and it was pretty good. Like I said on mondays workout for bench I'll up the first 3 sets by 5 next week.

Week 3 wednesday.

SOHP
4x85x5

I'm really starting to love this. Theres something way more satisfying and fun about putting a weight over your head than laying on you back on a bench. I am really starting to dig it.

Deads
5x215x5

It actually felt easier than last week.. and I added 5 pounds. Depending on how I feel next week I might try to jump 10 pounds instead of 5.

Squats
5x170x5

Went with a narrow stance today because my posterior chain was wore the fuck out. Hitting as low as I could.

Pull ups
5xBWx5

Overall it was a great workout today. I feel like I'm making some good gains on the 5x5 and I'm still around 160 I haven't gained a whole lot of weight which is good for me. The bad thing is I still lack the motivation to get myself going on conditioning.
