Maxes as of today

Bench: 200 (hasn't gone up I'm kinda dissapointed)
Power Clean: 185 (20 lb. PR)
Squat: ?? (I'm testing it tomorrow)

So I've gotten lazy and I haven't updated much lately.. obviously.

Football is going good so far we won our first game 21-0, tomorrow is our second game vs. our biggest rival it should be a fucking dogfight.

Shin Splints are still bothering me.. I lost ten lbs. on my squat not very happy. other than that school is freaking busy so I'm having trouble with the updates.

football is going good we're 5-2, and 1-0 in our district

Weights not so great I believe I pulled my groin so I really can't do anything put bench now and well bench is my least favorite.

I guess I'll actually post some lifting for once. Felt pretty good today thought I got an alright workout.

Box Squat
5- 345
4- 355
3- 365
2- 375
1+1- 385

Towel Bench
5-165
4-175
3-185
2- 195
1+1 205

Hang Cleans
5- 155
4- 165
3- 175
2- 185
1+ 195 (got the bar high enough on my first rep put failed to get under it, and then I just plain failed on the next one I was pissed).

For the record I hate the bigger, stronger, faster workout.

Overall I wasn't disappointed in my workout today.

Our Football team is district champs for the first time in 10 years, and we shut down the best running back in the state and ended his teams 46 game district winning streak two weeks ago.

Well football is over now, after a disappointing 38-14 loss in the first round of the playoffs to the most classless team I've ever ran across. It's disappointing that after all the work we put in over the summer, the 3-a-days, the 6 am lifting sessions, the beatings I took at the hands of our starters that we went out to a team like that, and that my playing time this season was mostly limited to special teams. O well I've got hydration tests tomorrow and then MY sport starts next week. It's WRESTLING SEASON BABY!!

Dude that doesn't make sense that you'd be box squatting that much compared to your free squat. In fact it is supposed to be the other way around.

Yea it's not the same box squat as what's mentioned on west side and all that. Our Weights Teacher is idk. We get yelled at when we don't do things his way and get your grade dropped.

It's definitely a bad habit I need to break, because it's making my already bad squat form even worse.

I've been trying to fix my form but all my efforts have probably been counterproductive because of that.
