So I did my Squat workout friday and when I got on here today I realized I forgot to post it = I fail

but 3 a days started today at 6 this morning.. I most be in better condition cause I thought because there were quite a few people ready to die and I was still going strong (reminder to self push harder next time) maybe I was just slacking without realizing it though.

All I can say is it's gonna be a fun week

I'd slap some plates on the dip belt and try 3x5 for starters as your bench asst. Like FATKID said, your pretty stong for your size and age.

I'm glad you guys think I've got some strength... I for one think I'm pretty weak but that's why I'm in the gym right? haha

second practice of the day is done and over with and it was freakin hot out there at 3 in the afternoon.. 3 practice is coming up in about and hour and a half

Thanks for the advice guys.. School starts friday so I should start lifting again in my strength and conditioning class on monday if all goes as planned

3rd practice of the day.. It went well mostly offense(bleh) but that's ok.. well it went great until it was time to do gassers (run the width of the field back and forth) we were only supposed to do 4 but since the retarded underclassmen couldn't figure out you were supposed to go all the way to the line we did 8 it sucked.. I love conditioning as long as it isn't running or monkey rolls I'll do it.. and since this was running I was pissed

So I'm pretty sure I haven't ran this hard for a long ass time... We are on our third and last day of three a days and my entire leg from my hip down to my toes are in pain it sucks.. and to make thing worse my crohn's is acting up so I'm not very happy.. O well gotta tough it out Pad's are on tomorrow and we get to start hitting.. School Starts Friday.. Scrimage on Saturday

Today was the first day of school.. We start lifting tuesday so I'm pumped.. Oklahoma was last night I got in a couple of times but I'm sure I looked like shit since the center kept getting past my D-Lineman and his was hard to make any plays

also had two practices today.. both of them were shitty for me My shin splints started acting up in the first one which is all offense and I couldn't make block on the speed option for the life of me.. second practice I was iced up and stretched out so my shins felt pretty could but I still couldn't make a play for the life of me and I was on defense running the perfect stunt if fucking pissed me off.. o well tomorrow is a new day and I'll need to make up for it if I want my varsity playing time next friday

Had a huge hit at the intersquad scrimmage last night.. I was pumped coach told me I did a good job in front of the whole team in the locker room and everything freaking amazing.. that's all I've got right now.. First game in one week

I'm now the wedge buster on kickoff.. the only downside is my shin splints are still killer. Any tips?
