~40 minutes of ultimate frisbee (my team one by the way).

Nice squatting. Your log looks like a photocopy of mine a few months ago. If I have any advice to give, it's eat alot all the time (although that might be hard for a wrestler who has to make weight). When hitting plateaus, that seems to work. Nice job on the OHP (it looks alot like mine, lol), and keep up with the deads. I used WS4SB for a long time, and found that it worked great once I changed out the high rep day for another heavy day. Do that until you feel strong enough to use DE work, which also helped me make recent gains.

I would like the time to apologize to my squat team members, Once college started, being a freshman wrestler my priorities changed greatly and I never got on here to let you know I had dropped out of the race.

Wrestling practice is now in full swing, and I'm sucking pond water. This year will def. be a test. I don't really know what my strength gains because I've been following the teams program and its not a program like I have been following. I have gained 5 pounds since I got here, I'm hoping its mostly muscle
