Jump in the fire (S&P, Conditioning, College Wrestling)

Last year I started this log preparing for my senior year of athletics at my highschool (football, wrestling). I earned the honor of scout team player of the year, was the wedgebuster on kickoff, and second string DE/LB. Even though I'm considerably smaller and slower I guess you could say I'm sort of a Rudy when it comes to football. Thats over now. I qualified for state in wrestling at 152 but failed to place at the state tournament. I'm not worried about it, because I have the privalege to wrestling collegiately. I learn from my past mistakes and my failures serve as a reminder to push harder. Hopefully I can keep my crohn's in check, make some good strength gains, and come in to the season ready to wrestle and condend for a varsity spot.
Stats
5' 10"
~160 lbs.
18 yrs. old

Lifts
Bench: 200 lbs
Squat: 265 lbs
Hang Clean: 200

Goals
Bench: 225 (it's not as important to me as my main focus is wrestling)
Squat: 315 ( I need to kick it in the ass and get there)
Hang Clean: 200 (Only one of my goals I acheived this year)
Deadlift: ? (I've yet to max on my deadlift so gains will be hard to measure once I end the 5x5 but 3 wheels is def. possible)

Supps.
150 mg. azathioprine once daily (I've got Crohns)
ON 100% Gold Standard Whey (I love the Chocolate)

Did a ladder today from 1 to 5 and back down, sprints up the hill by my house. 15 sec rest between sets.

I'll End Today with A quote I found in Wrestling Tough by Mike Chapman

If you think you are beaten, you are
If you think that you dare not, you don't
If you'd like to win but you think you can't, you can't
It's almost certain you won't
If you think you'll lose, you've lost
For out in the world you'll find
Success begins with a fellow's will
It's all in the state of mind.
If you think you are outclassed, you are
You've got to think high to rise
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man
but sooner or later the man who wins
is the man who think he can!

Few things are as inspiring as a good wrestling quote.

My favorite wrestling quote was one we used to recite daily in kids club wrestling.

"The sight I adore on the basketball floor is wrestling mats from door to door."

Back Squat
135x5
225x5
235x4
240x4
245x3

Front Squat (First Time I've actually done these, felt alright)

Hang Cleans
Attempted to do them but rolled up my wrist funny and decided it was time to leave

I was disappointed in my workout today, utter shit

got my CoC's in the mail yesterday I'm pumped

Bench
150x6
160x4
170x3
180x2
190x1 (failed on this one, Kinda disappointed I did because the workout felt pretty easy)

Dips
BWx12
BWx12
BWx8
Any tips on when to add weight and about how many reps I should be doing?? Pretty unfamiliar about progression on dips

I was gonna do some Push Press (I'm pretty sure it's the same thing we call SOHP it's just what we've called it at my school) but I was really tired and I struggled with my warm up.
