Judo and Getting stronger than the average Joe

Hello all, I started a thread last week about a routine and so now I am starting a log to keep track of my lifts and gains. I am looking to maintain my current weight for Judo, while packing on some muscle and hopefully get the big three lifts to total 1,000 lbs. Here are my stats:

Age: 19 years old
Body weight: around 155 lbs.
Height: 5'10"
Bench: 270 lbs.
Squat: 300 lbs.
Deadlift: 320 lbs.
Powerclean: 205 lbs.
Chinup/pullup: 70 lbs. hanging off for 3

My plan is to lift Tues., Thurs., and Fri. (Judo Monday and Wednesday) with Tuesday being a push/pull day, Thursday a pull day, and Friday push. So here is my first day's routine in my log;

5 minute cardio warm up
2x5 155 lbs. BB bench for a warm up
5x5 80 lbs. each hand DB bench
2x3 185 lbs. back squat warm up
3x3 225 lbs. back squat
3x3 135 lbs. clean and press
2 circuits of 20 push ups, 10 chin ups, 5 DB snatches each hand with 50 lbs.
3x8 Tbar row with 2 35's. Not exactly sure what the total weight is
2x20 Standing Russian twists with a 45 lbs. plate
3x10 150 lbs. tire flips with jumps in and out
5 minute cool down on treadmill

That sums up day one of this log. Comments, advice, or suggestions are more than welcome from everybody

are you going to start a thread every day after your workout? I think that's a great idea and totally worth doing.

Well I don't know if that's sarcastic or not but I won't be starting a new thread every work out. I'm going to keep adding into this hoping to get some opinions.

To theswan: My bench is as high as it is because that was one of the few lifts I started out with good form for. I injured my rib a few months ago and was not able to really squat or deadlift for awhile.
