Boxing class.
Spent the class working on the 1-2. Over and over and over…..
(After reading King's and Diego's logs, I am not sure how they can remember so much, as my class goes by in a blur. All I remember is that I went boxing and have very far to go)
---------------------
(Now I have a bit of something to say about boxing)
----------------------
This was my 31st. boxing class. (I have been going for seven months, one day each week)
I am really glad I signed up for boxing and stopped with the excuses.
A one point, it was easier to keep telling people I wanted to train rather than actually training.
I finally realized all I was doing is talking about learning boxing but never doing anything about it.
Of course when I started I wanted to quit, but I knew if I did that I would regret it.
(I did not want to be all talk and no action, since I quit wrestling when I was younger and I have always regretted it)
In class tonight I realized of the 30 odd people, there was only some half a dozen guys with more experience than me. (I should point out, that I am still in the beginner class)
The boxing warm-up has become a breeze, where at one point I was gasping for breath, now I am doing OK.
For a final note: I watched the MT class and now wouldn't mind picking up a bit of that too.
