I have boxing tomorrow night, so I will go a bit easy tonight.
Because I have been home this last week it screwed with my workout.
I am looking forward to next week and making up the two missed boxing classes.
My elbow is feeling pretty good. (so far)

Boxing class.
The entire thing was devoted to learning the hook.
The hook is one of my favorite punches.
I learned that:
- I have far to go with perfecting it
- When I do land it, it has some real power on it.
(it might not be that powerful to others but I love to land this shot hard)
The other good thing was instead of being winded from the warm-up (like I was when I first started boxing) I am now barely breathing hard.

I got two chins done and then friends came over so I got nothing else done.
Which is OK because for some reason I am sore after boxing class.
It was been a good while since I felt really sore, so the break was nice.

I felt lazy and still a bit sore from Tuesday....so I spent the night taking care of the kids and playing Age of Empires III.
