Did not get anything done.....

Except moving a piano and an entertainment center.

I am counting this as having worked out.

2x5 rounds of shadow boxing.

Finally made myself an abdominal wheel. (cost of about $8 bucks)

Of course I had to try a roll from standing. (it did not work)

So I ended up doing about 20 of them from the knees.

I should have eased my way into these, as when I woke up this morning I could tell I had done 20 ab rolls.

So this morning, I thought it was nothing and tried to do my chin-ups....my stomach muscles contracted so hard I had to stop.

I love the roller, but I will have to get into this one slower than I thought. And I should note, I can see why Ross is such a big fan of this exercise.

Since I have boxing tomorrow, I will take tonight easy. I will do some light bag work and shadow boxing.

Got nothing done.

My elbow was on fire from doing the ab wheel.

Missed boxing too.

I'd certainly count a piano as something. Heavy and awkward as hell since you have to be gentle with it and all.

Ab rollouts gain respect, and I place them right beneath burpees, because I respect it but don't hate it with a passion like I do burpees, lol.

At least someone else agrees with me about the piano;) I felt like I was strongman training.

Burpees have a great way of making me humble.

Any time I feel that I am getting to the shape I want to be, I can do a few burpees and I am brought down to earth. (which is a good thing)

5 chins
5 pushups
5 squats

After the 5 chins/pushups my elbow issue came back. I will need to take a few days off from working the upper body too hard.

I will keep using the ab roller, but just doing a few at a time. (once or twice a week)

Not sure what I will get down today because all 4 of my kids have the flu.

Since my elbow is out of action for the next week....

I spent my training time working on one-legged squats.

Those things are tough but I am going to master them.
