My brain was not functioning this morning.

I stood there, trying to figure out how to work the upper body, and the only thing I could think of was about push-ups and chin-ups.

10 chins. (various grips)

I also worked on one-leg squats. Harder than I thought, but I will keep working at them.

I was running late, again, so I did not get more done.

No walk today.

Since I missed boxing class last Sat. I am going tonight.
