1-24-08

No work out in the evening. I got Ross's new DVD/book and then fell asleep watching it.

For food:

- Protein shake: Oats, Goji juice, vinegar

- 1 Plum
- 1 Orange
- Chicken, veggies
- 2 slices of toast
- 3 tacos (homemade)
- handful of cashews

5 mountain climber
5 jacking jacks

Evening

100 sledgehammer swings

2x5 sandbag carry

1 set of burps.

I need to change up my Friday workout as it is working the legs too hard and that means for boxing, which takes place on Sat, my legs are not fresh.

Boxing class.

warm-up
mitts
heavy bag

Worked on slip, hook and uppercut.

My cross is doing better as the punch was not coming from the feet.

Tracking my food is not going quite like I planned.

I am going to drop doing it unless I eat something bad, then I have a way to punish myself.

I ate two pieces of white bread. (full of high fructose corn syrup)

I cannot get the taste of that crap out of my mouth.

1-28-08 - night

- 10 chins (different grips)

- 3x10 burpees, v-ups, squats, pushups

(no pushup on the burpees. I have found with my non-bending wrists, trying to work in the push-up makes the burpees too awkward)

- 3x5 shadow box

(focused on slips, jab, hook and uppercut)
