No work out in the evening. I got Ross's new DVD/book and then fell asleep watching it.
For food:
- Protein shake: Oats, Goji juice, vinegar
- 1 Plum
- 1 Orange
- Chicken, veggies
- 2 slices of toast
- 3 tacos (homemade)
- handful of cashews

100 sledgehammer swings

1 set of burps.
I need to change up my Friday workout as it is working the legs too hard and that means for boxing, which takes place on Sat, my legs are not fresh.

Worked on slip, hook and uppercut.
My cross is doing better as the punch was not coming from the feet.

- 10 chins (different grips)
- 3x10 burpees, v-ups, squats, pushups
(no pushup on the burpees. I have found with my non-bending wrists, trying to work in the push-up makes the burpees too awkward)
- 3x5 shadow box
(focused on slips, jab, hook and uppercut)
