Last night I was feeling off. (I think I had too much sugar)
I did not want to work out, so instead of doing a 30 min. jog, I did 15 min.
I have to work at my 2nd job tonight, so there will be no working out.

Got through 1.5 of the chins/dips.
I did find something in the house to do full dips on. (the gazelle machine) The only bad thing is I found that I could not do even one.
So I will start working on them. I will need to tweak my chins and dips as I read need to work on them since I can only do a about 3 chins and no dips.
I will be doing negs. and such to build myself up.

Just weighed myself this morning and I am down 5 pounds.
So I am at 190 now. Cool stuff.
(I don't mind losing weight but I am not going to break my back to do it)
I have been invited to play in a soccer league... I wonder if I should take it up since boxing will be coming to an end....

3x5 squats (50 lbs. dumbbells)
I really worked on my form. Since I was adding on more weight and my form was suffering too much.
3x5 ab roller. (from the knees)

My wife wants to work out now, so I started her on squats. (20 lbs. dumbbells)
Her workout will like mine, only less weight and volume.

Boxing.
Good class. I got to work on my cross and I feel somewhat better with it.
I did not have a partner in class, as I was the odd man out.
So I worked out by myself but I felt the cross get better. I think part of the issue was not squaring the hips up and letting the cross go too soon.
I worked on the heavy bag for a while, trying to get the info. info. from the cross down pat.
