One set of RDL, then I wanted some change so I did 3x5 of one legged dumbbells squats. They were harder than I thought.

Worked on punching and then moving out. This could be using 1/2 or 1/1/2 etc.
Lots of hitting and moving.
I again ran into problems getting my cross down correctly.
I just cannot seem to get it right.
I will have to put some more work into it on my own time.

Boxing class.
We moved to a new place, which happens to be much bigger. So the opening workout is twice as hard. Thankfully I made it through OK.
Spent time working on hitting and then slipping away.
I spent some extra time with my coach going over the cross. I still need work on it.
Since the new place is still being set up, there was no heavy bag or jumping rope.

After having worked more with dumbbells as of late, I am going to tweak it a bit and make it more of a Ross style of workout.
I am reading through his books and I will come up with a newer workout.

I have redone my workout. I used a model from Ross.
Not sure if the reps/numbers will stay the same. I will move as needed.
I am going to scale back the weight amount on the squats and RDL as my form is suffering. I am trying to add too much too soon.

When I use "or" in the breakdown of my workout, it means switching workouts from week to week.

I messed around with the dips and doing negative chins last night.
With the dips, I had to find something around the house which could support my weight but were not to hard on my hands. (Since I have a problem bending my wrists) Chairs, end tables, coffee tables, etc. did not work.
I ended up using the a hard sofa. It was not the best but it worked.
Doing neg. chins went fine.
I am looking forward to the new routine. I may need to scale back on the push press at the chins/dips were all my elbow could handle.
I will need to make time for recovery.
