In other news:

I tweaked my workout.

I went for my max on the CoC # 1.

I cannot close it yet. (but I am close)

I worked during the weekend, at my second job, so I got nothing done.

I do catering work, so it is long hours on my feet.

I feel just about recovered to workout tonight.

Boxing class.

Worked on punching and then slipping out. Then punching, slipping and coming back with a few more shots.

I also learned that when holding my hands up, to keep them close to the body. My instructor fired a few shots on me and I found out why you do not hold your arms slightly away from the body/head.

Day off.

09-11-08

Boxing. I got to hold the pads and have the pad held for me by some of the amateur guys. I learned two things.

1) I am no where close to being good.

2) They hit really, really hard.

Exactly.

I realize how far I have to.
