Squats (read below)
2x5 chins
50 strikes with the sledgehammer
Since I just got more weight for my dumbbells, I just loaded on all the new weight and went for it. Considered I was squatting 100 pounds before, adding 30 more pounds was more than I could handle. (I am still a noob to strength training)
I did manage to get up the 130, but it was not pretty.
So then I played around with the amounts until I hit the right amount. (110)
So I learned a few lessons: (1) Only a little bit of weight should be added at a time, (2) I started at 60 pounds and I am now at 110.
