I have been on vacation for the last week.

So I did not get much done.

But I did spend some time splitting and hauling wood, so I can justify letting my diet go for a week.

I am finally over being sick. (if I include my recent vacation, I have been off for two weeks)

In the morning I did 3x3 sets of chins

At night 3x5 squats and another 3x5 chins.

I tried to go a little easier since I have been off for so long.

Boxing class.

I spent a lot of time working on footwork.

I also did slips and jabs.

Plus a few rounds on the heavy bag.

Here are my goals for the next six months.

(thanks to SmashiusClay for posting the thread in the main forum)

1) Squat my body weight
2) RDL my body weight
3) 5 chins in a row
4) Close the 1 CoC gripper
5) double my cardio
6) double my ability with boxing
7) Do one pistol

My training has been a little sporadic lately.

I went to boxing class last night. I worked on footwork (which I need a lot of work on) and the 1/2, with slips.

I have also been reading the Jack Dempsey book on punching. It is interesting and I have picked up some good ideas.

Boxing class again.

Worked on the 1 and the 1/2.

I must be getting somewhat better as my coach asked me to help out a new guy.
