I forgot to post this.

I have now been doing the squat/RDL routine for about a month now. I have not been going for anything heavy, just technique. (I will start lifting heavier soon, so don't worry)

I have also been using the CoC for just over a month now too.

I was doing a bit of grappling and my training partner, who I have worked with a lot before, was surprised at the change in strength.

When I grabbed and pulled, my partner moved. Their comment was "what the heck happened to you"?

This just makes me want to hit the weights even more.

I have done no lifting/boxing this week.

(I did get in 45 min. of cardio last night)

I am going to try for boxing tonight despite feeling sick.

Fory our squat form, go here: Squat Form Check Compilation - Strength Mill Forums

It is a compilation of Mark Rittpetoes numerous squat checks he has done for people. It si complete with videos, as well as Marks Response, all rolled up into one thread. It is like the holy grail of the squat, or something.

Boxing class.

Worked on: slips and the 1/2.

I did not do the warm-ups or any jumping rope, since I had just enough energy to make it through the actual boxing.

Boxing class.

Worked on: Footwork, jab, countering.

Also (drum-roll) we got to put on the body protectors and fire off shots to the mid-section of our training partner.

It was my first time hitting someone with any power.

I liked it and I want more of it.

I pulled a muscle in boxing on Tuesday.

It hurts right below my right shoulder blade.

It hurt so bad yesterday I could not take a deep breath.

So I get a few days off.

5x5 Front squats, pyramid.

No pull-ups today.

My back is doing OK.

I need more weight to add to my dumbbells.

Did 30 min. of hard cardio.
