Goals
Get stronger
Learn to box
Get into shape (cardio-wise)
Diet
I eat organic/whole foods. No interest in gaining or losing weight.
Injuries
Broken my left foot three times
Very bad right elbow
Hernias, two of them, one umbilical and one inguinal
Background
I started working out five years ago. When I started, I could not complete a single pushup. During the next 4 years I did nothing but pushups and crunches. Then I discovered the training forums at Sherdog and a website called rosstraining.com. My life changed after that.
I do the following: work full-time, school full-time, wife and four kids and a bit of a gamer.

Workout:
The 5x5/Rippetoe, but with dumbbells. (I have two 50 lbs) I am still learning about lifting so I expect to add new items or take some out.
Because of my bad elbow, I cannot do any exercises which requires me to bend my elbow. So cleans, rows, snatches and presses are all out. I do chin-ups and pull-ups and it is all my elbow can do to handle the stress.
What I have posted is just to get me started.
All squats are front squats.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Monday
Squat 5x5 (max)
Chin-ups: 3x5
Wednesday
Squat 5x5 (light)
Romanian Deadlift 5x5 (max)
Friday
Squat 5x5 (pyramid)
Pull-ups: 3x5
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Boxing will be on one of these days. (as I go once per week) For any days I am not boxing, I will do cardio or take the day off.

The following I will use as filler:
3x10 burpees, v-ups, dips, crunches, pushups
3x5 Turkish getup
3x5 ab roller
5x5 chin/pull
3x5 shadow box/heavy bag
100 sledgehammer swings
3x10 with the CoC #1
5x5 sprints (30 sec. normal pace, one min. sprint)
3x10 squats, lunges, hamstring lifts, calf raises

For the morning stuff I want something to just get me going.
Monday - mini - upper body
Tuesday - mini-legs
Wednesday - mini - core
Thursday - mini-legs
Friday - mini - upper body

Couldn't make it to boxing class on Sat. so I went on Tuesday.
Gave all out effort in class.
I am getting better at boxing but still have very far to go.
Cannot seem to get my cross down.
Class was:
Warm up
Mitts
Heavy bag
Endurance
Speed

Great to see you started a log Juba, been waiting on this one.
I have alot of problems with my hook and uppercut, but my jab and cross is very solid.

Did three 5 min. rounds of shadow boxing.

Had extra time this morning, so instead of just doing my 15 squats, I did:
15 squats
15 lunges
15 modified hamstring curls. (15 each side)
15 calf raises.
15 superman raises.

Got home around 9:30 again.
I did not want to work out.
I managed to do 3x5 of sprints.

Morning:
3 chins
Plus I threw in,
10 jumping-jacks
10 mountain climbers

In the evening I did 3x5 on the clean and press. (35 lbs) Weights are still new to me.
Also I tried to hit a max on stuff:
3 chins
35 push-ups
30 squats
Not bad, but not great. Since the last time I tried any sort of max, the numbers are about the same but they somehow seemed easier this time.
For example, the last time I tried to max out on chins, I did 3 and about blew a gasket out doing it. This time I just did them.

I am starting to have some second thoughts on my current training routine.
Now that I have everything written down, I see I am not focusing on my needed skill set. (that of boxing)
I need to revamp my workouts to practice more boxing, since I only get to the gym once per week.
