This a race for all the fat bastards on sherdog who have had enough. We are racing to lose weight.
Goal:
Lose 15% of your bodyweight
Rules:
1. Weight will be counted based on the least accurate scale involved. (
Tanita makes several that are accurate to .2 lbs.
2. Weigh in whatever time of the day you prefer, but this must be kept consistent.
3. You cannot lose strength over the course of this race.
4. First one to meet the goal wins.
5. The losers must use a bodybuilding picture of themselves, complete with fake tan and pose, as an av and displayed proudly on the first page of their logs until they meet the goal.
