Monday

3 x 5 min rounds on rowin' machine at decent pace. Need to up the pace a bit next time.

2 x 50 BW squat/front kick. Do a squat, come up and kick. Repeat and alternate kickin' leg.

2 x 10 and then 1x8 towel pull-ups. Couldn't eek out the anymore.

Wood choppers. 1 set of 20 to each side.

Tabata interval roundhouse kicks, alternatin' legs each round. Did low, mid, high, and mix of high & low for the last.

Bridge - almost nose to mat, held for slow 60 count

Neck curl bridges (? from Bas's workout), 3 sets - 20, 10, and 10 I think...

Stretch.

The Pit upper body workout. Been awhile since I've done it, but for the first time I made it all the way to the end of that one. Didn't stop the vid at all, altho I'll admit a couple times I just collapsed on the floor and missed some pushups.

Played around a bit with a front squat/push press complex. Decided it wasn't workin' like I wanted.

So yeah, conditionin' and drills...

I was pretty proud of myself last night tho:
4 min of light rowin'
Tabata rowin', after which I promptly laid on the ground for 2 minutes or so, drawin' stares from the treadmill walkin' crowd

Then other stuff. I was just happy that after completely goin' balls out on T rowin', I still pulled 405 6 times.

Stuff, tabatas, stuff, shadowboxin', Bas, stuff, etc.

Less than a week from weigh-ins now... Feelin' good. Will be nice when I can start eatin' more than just meat again tho... I love my animal flesh, but sometimes it's nice to have bread to go with it...

Thanx enright. Think I need to start doin' more conditionin' work at times when I'm not preppin' for a fight, tho... lol.

Today was a goodly amount of conditionin' stuff. I'll get more detailed again after next weekend.

Conditionin' stuff yesterday and today.

Weigh-ins are Friday night, fight Saturday in Paducah, KY, if anybody will be in the area. Haha.
