Still got a mental block when I start gettin' up there in continuous reps. My right arm felt like the circulation was gettin' cut off about rep 6 today, and I remember feelin' that a lil bit (altho not as much) on Monday... Very little rest between sets.
Ended with stretches in the sauna & steam room, contrasted with a cold shower a few times.

Which, unfortunately, I ended up not goin' to. It's about a 30 minute drive out there, and the guy I know who goes there, who I was gonna ride with, had truck probs. I wont be able to go out there regularly. I'd like to, but I need to have time to spend with my folks and other friends while I'm home, work on some other things, and just relax, so trainin' is in the back seat for now.

Okay, 20 is in site for Thursday @ 205, and then I'll start to add weight. Did some visualization today which I think helped. Also held the 405 a bit longer to really feel the weight of it. Gonna need to start to increase the weight of my walkouts, too, I think.

Not much today. The second of my swim classes was empty today, so I had time to swim 500 meters before karate. Alternated stroke style every lap.

5 min bike warm-up

BWS x10

OHS, 65x5

Squats
135x5
405 *walkout*
205x6
205x5 - Pissed off at myself here. I had the bar settin' wrong or somethin' on both these sets, cuttin' off the circulation to my right arm again. I can't get my hands any further apart, or they'll hit on the catches and safety bars. Wasn't a problem on any other sets, altho I did feel it startin' on the next set, but I managed to get the bar shifted around so that it went away...

225x9
245x5
265x3
285x3
295x3 *+2 rep PR*

Ended up makin' some noise to get up on the last rep of 295, but I made it.

Core was shot, and didn't have much anywhere.

Rested for awhile, then had karate, which included some unplanned ukemi and throw practice before class.

Pretty good workout choppin' wood last night for a fire. Had some big chunks that've been layin' outside in the wet rain for who knows how long, and an ax that was pretty dang dull. It took a hella lotta swingin' to get 'em chopped.
