Jerrods' training log
This weeks workouts will consist of; Mon/Wed/Fri= 3x8 chin ups/ 7x30 push ups/7x30 set ups/3x10 130lb military press with (DBs)………..Tue/Thu/Sat/ shoulder shrugs 3x34 150lbs/ lunges 3x15 130lbs/ rotational work with cinder block/ 3x14 toe touches with 65 lb (DB)/ couple 40 yard sprints.
