Ingodshands Training Log

Alright i think it's about time for me to finally start a log. I usually write it down but i figured this would be a little easier for me.

Height: 5'8
Weight: 165

Ran 2.5 miles then finished it with 100 push ups and 100 squats

Are you training for a combat sport and trying to make a weight class? 145 at 5’8 is pretty fucking skinny. If you have not yet looked that them, you might find the FAQ in the conditioning forum helpful.

welcome to the forum.

I highly recommend writing out your current achievements in various lifts, goals in training, goals in lifts, etc...you may also want to read up the FAQ in the S/P, Conditioning, and Nutrition forums for a more solid foundation/organization in your routine.

Good luck
