That Dave Tate article completely changed the way I view benching form. I'll be testing it out Wednesday.

AND, to get this cleared up. Are we supposed to post all of our workouts in here? Or just our bench workouts? I've never done a contest like this before.

No, not all your workouts. If you make a PR on bench I think you post it...I'm not sure. Someone please clarify this.

Oh, I expect it to shoot back up. Especially with proper form.

I'm aiming for 315 at the end of the contest, and I think I can hit it.

Hey guys...good luck. In the spirit of good-sportsmanship I thought I'd offer you a great tip. Remember to keep your elbows OUT when benching, as this will help activate the 'secret' head of your deltoids.
