Hah, not for long son! I know I could put up 200 just not having a spotter mentally fucked me, I'm looking to put up 225 by April though for sure, hopefully sooner!

10 right swings, 10 left swings followed by 50 yard farmers walk with 50 lbs in each hand. Did this 3 times in a row and was very tired. Sledgehammer is 10 pounds
