Thanks man, and ya PR's help motivate for sure, and they are much easier to get when you have a routine already set up and you just keep at it. I wasted a lot of time b/c I had no direction

I just got some ATP wraps from amazon and I highly suggest them, they help a lot with the wrists man, especially for OH presses and front squats...

They are also clutch for back squatting once you start getting up their in weight. My wrists used to feel like shit on bench day because I would squat the day before.

02/26/08 - Deads

Deadlifts
220x1x1(DOH grip)
270x1x3(DOH grip)
314x1x1(mixed)
314x1x1(mixed)
336x1x1(mixed)
+belt
356x1x0
-2 min. break

So I notice my sticking point is off the ground, not my lockout, how do I fix this? I know you can rack pulls for lockout but for off the ground, should I just do heavy weight and pick it up but not lock it out?

BOR's(w/ leg drive)
142x1x6
142x1x6
+straps
162x1x6
162x1x6

Incline Bench
120x1x8
120x1x8
125x1x8

Weight: 161.5 pounds

I'm pretty sure bent over rows with leg drive is referred to as dynamic rows. And you dropped your weight back down a couple pounds, good job.
