I woke up with a bad sore throat and I'm pretty sure I'm getting sick from my brother, but I was really looking forward to squatting today and it ended up working out good. I didn't do Rdl's because I was too lazy after those front squats...

Well I don't take MT anymore... but I really did like it. It really helps your kicks and knees, but I would suggest boxing for your hands

Eh that used to be a goal of mine, idk anymore. I'm more focused on lifting right now, and I'd like to start doing Bjj again also.. but idk about MMA.
