Like I said on YouTube, the squats look good. Seems like you got rid of that little forward lean from your 225 vid. What's with the rocking on your heels before you start each set? Just a reminder to stay back or something?

I think your squats look great. In fact, I'm jealous. Your lower back looked locked the entire time even when you were at your lowest in the hole and you could really tell when you fired your glutes. Nice job.

Ya I rock on my heels cuz I'm self conscious about staying back on my heels... thanks for the comment

Haha for sure man... I probably do eat about 3500 calories a day though... not very clean though :[
