Tbh I just don't wanna take a bunch of fish oil all day, which is basically why I bought flax seed too... reading it online it seems like it's pretty helpful but not as helpful as fishoil... but I'm just gonna try it out and see. Thanks for the advice though, I know you know your shit when it comes to supps

I never tried focusing on solidifying my core and glutes while OHPing. I'm going to try it the next time I'm doing SOHP. I'll be keeping a close eye here for the next time you pass me in our little contest...

Ya I read something about squeezing your glutes to make sure your back stays str8 and not fucked up and it works fosho

-Flax aka ALA gets converted to EPA/DHA at ~<5% rate...so taking fish oil is essentially getting 100% vs 5%...but go ahead take it and see how it goes..

Nice lifting...

If bench press is stagnating....I highly recommend focusing on HEAVY weighted dips or weighted push ups as primary exercise...

I wish I could do weighted pushups unfortunately I usually lift alone... sucks. I'm gonna start doing heavier dips though and hopefully mixing in DE bench every week will help w/ my explosiveness and speed.
