Tbh I just don't wanna take a bunch of fish oil all day, which is basically why I bought flax seed too... reading it online it seems like it's pretty helpful but not as helpful as fishoil... but I'm just gonna try it out and see. Thanks for the advice though, I know you know your shit when it comes to supps
