Damn, I just totally skipped over that post somehow. Very nice SOHP numbers. I'll have to watch it again, but the first thing I noticed was your forearms should be in front of the bar:

http://www.startingstrength.com/files/preview/159.pdf

^Look halfway down

Right now they are about perpendicular with the ground. I'll have to watch it again to see if I notice anything else, but it looked great. Nice song, BTW.

EDIT: Watching it again, your elbows are further ahead of the bar than I thought. Maybe try resting the bar a little higher in the starting position. Kind of hard to tell from that angle...

Ya I wasn't sure how far to stick my elbows out with SOHP/Push Press. I try to keep them out a lot with front squats and cleans, but wasn't sure about presses. Thanks for the link

Just realized you said critique PP. They look awesome. Did you feel like you could've gone higher, or did 160 feel like all you could do?

Ya I probably could of put up more than 160, but it was my 8th set so I just stopped. This was also my first time doing heavy PP's in a while, as well as the first time ever lifting with wrist wraps/a belt
