sorry to hear you might get stuck having the surgery after all. that would seriously suck. anyway if you have the surgery you can't do any leg work? not even leg presses or those other weird exercises chicks always do. i know they wouldn't be the same as squating and shit but it would be something. also you could try adding lat pull downs and overhead presses if they're not too hard on your core. you might get stuck doing alot of isolation exercises but at least it will be something. best of luck man.

- towelpullups 10x10kg/8x15kg [grip wasnt an issue at all]

- DBrows 12x45kg/6x55kg

- Uprightrows

- Curls

Finished in less than an hour including warmup.

- OHS up to 6x50kg [Lost balance in bottomposition and hurt my left groin a bit - thats what you get for not doing OHS for ages]

- one handed holds, managed a one handed towel hold for about 5 secs (that sounds shorter than it is), quite hard as you have to grab both ends of the towel with one hand which makes the whole thing very thick.

Thx. Seems like the quest will soon be over.

- Dips 6xbw/6x10kg/6x20kg/6x30kg/3x40kg

- BOlaterals 2x10x15kg

- Flies 10x15/8x20kg

- OHP 6x50kg [As I cant breath on OHP I have to hold my breath when going for reps]

- incline pushups to failure

Done in about 35 mins. Wasnt in the mood to bench today. Dips are way cooler anyway. Im muscular again.

I think about taking it easy on the training again as I feel another crash is just arround the corner. I didnt feel too good recentlly. But the last 3 weeks were better than the weeks before, especially bleedingwise. And the bleeding slowly but surely starts to build up again.
And another fullcrash would send me straight to the hospital as I dont have any kinf of reserves anymore. And hospital means surgery. But I want the time to try out the higher concentrated studymedication and most important find the best surgeon for me.
Hard decision. Especially as I enjoyed training very much the last few sessions and becasue its maybe the last few sessions of my life.
