Thx guys.
I did the PR with the crossed grip.
But today as I went coaching a friend, I did:

- Clean practice [after watching a instruction vid by Tommy Kono on another site]
- ATG FS clean grip up to an easy single with 105kg [Im getting good at these. Solid. Weeks ago I hated this fucking lift. But I sticked with it and now it starting to pay out.]
Didnt have the only Bumpers in the weightroom on the bar so I didnt push it. But on tuesday I will shoot for the next PR. Soon its time to do some DLs and Backsquats again.

EDIT: Btw. the boys are back http://www.guidoandluigi.com/index.php

Yesterday:
As REck is in Belgium over the weekend and pushing the car in front o fhis house is just the best place - no carpushing.
Instead me and my brother went to the WRC and did some heavybagwork and light sparring (was over when I hit him with a light right hook to the body and he collapsed - but teached him to ALWAYS have his abs flexed). But wow is it hard not to get hit by such a tall person. You underestimate the reach quite some time.

Today:

- Incline BP 7+1x80kg/4x80kg/6x70 [used another selfmade bar today - this one was probably heavier than the other one]

- Side raise

- Pullups 4x6x10kg

- one handed pulldowns

- uprightrows

- L-holddips [those rock]

- Walking arround in the weightroom holding two 17,5kg dumbells over head [this hits your stabilizers in the shouldergirdle like nothing else]

Went through this workout pretty fast. New, much better GPP makes it possible.
Probably found a place to put a rope for ropeclimbs.
GRaedy gets his ass in shape

- FS 5x5x80kg

- Lunges

- Obliques 2x10x60kg

- Abs

The right side of my hip hurts. There is something wrong. I guess it has much to do with staggered stance I had used by accident for much too long. I watched form over and over again but completelly forgot to watch my feetpositioning. Fuck.

Edit: As I had to goff the antibiotics on friday the last two days and especially nights were very tough. Im now back on the Prograf - "Huh?!" You think?
Well, Prograf is a medication that was originally designed for transplantpatients. So they have close to zero expercience using it for CU. Looking back I felt quite good with 2x3 and 2x4mg although I hadnt taken antibiotics for quite a while.
Normally more is better so I upped the dosage and went worse. All this could have happened by hazard (as the UC goes up and down in a broadspectrum on its own).
But what made me think was the fact that when I got of the Prograf, the first thing which happened that there were two days when it was as good as it hasnt been even under antibiotics.
So after talking to the Prof again I will try it with 2x3mg now for while and see what happens. Maybe the key lies between 2x3 and 2x4mg.
We will see. If nothing happens I will have 2 hard weeks to go through (the testing is on the 12.02.07 and until then antibiotics are not an option).
Guineapig Graedy takes his pioneerrole again.

Just read the thread about the Olylfitngclubloactions.
We have one in my town. Depending on how my healthcondition develops over the weekend I gonna go to their training on monday to have a look.
I always found Olylifting the King of lifting in general. But what keeps me away from it is the fact that so many other lifts I like would be out.
But lets take a look. Maybe I just love it.

Will start working at the hospital on the 19th of february. didnt tell them about the UC as I wouldnt have probably got the appointment if I had told them.
Its normally not my style to keep the UC secret as I think its nothing to be ashamed of but sometimes you have to play by the rules.

- BP 3x90/3x95/100/1x105/1x110 [all went quite easy]

- Incline BP 2 sets to failure with 70kg

- Incline pushups

- BOrows 12x80/2x10x85/8x85 [short hold at top position and slow eccentric - back felt pumped]

- skullcrusher ss hammercurls

- Random ab and gripstuff

Better condition leads to more volume in less time aka higher density. Feels good.
