Quit your whining it's a christmas present and will revert by-and-by. You want your old log title back or something different? After all it will no longer be the fourth quarter of 2006 pretty soon.

Back again. Trained a bit the last couple of days. But most of the time I did "meditation" Graedy style. Didnt do aynthing than sleep and play PC to get a break and recharge my batteries. Healthwise it doesnt look that good. I had to get things in order.
Will try to do some practical training in the nearby hospital. I dont have to travel far to get there and as long as I can stay in the hospital I should be fine (toilettes in reach). I need to do this anyway as I would like to study medicine one day (when Im healthwise able to do so).
Another thing I think about is to finally get my disabled person card (will get 50% disabillity).
Didnt do that so far as I didnt want to accept it and I didnt want the advantages. But if I want to work in the hospital I need special circumstances and with the card it might be easier to get.
My training the last couple of days was nothing special. As I feel not that good healthwise there wasnt much to expect so...
But I definatelly like the AB upper-lower split.
Today I talked with a 17 years old exchangestudent from the US who does a bit of powerlifting. Nice dude.

Graedy's New years eve:

- 21:00 - 23:30 Go to a friend and eat Racelette
- 23:45 Arrive at the WRC and start training
- 23:59:40 - 00:10 Do weighted pull ups
- 00:30 Stop training go shower and head back to friends
- 01:00 Start drinking
- 06:00 Stop drinking
- 07:00 Go to bed

I finished the last year adn began the new year with the biggest accomplishment from 06.
At the change from 2007-2008 I want to have sex ;).

On an unrelated note, I found quark at a grocery store last night and bought some. I have to say, I don't care for it. It tastes kind of sour, no?

- Push press 1x80/0x85/1x80 [80 flies up like nothing but 85kg is a bitch.]
- Benchpull 10x80kg/5x90kg/3x100kg [ITs actually a few kilos more as it is one of the selfmade bars - but whatever]
- skullcrusher 2x10x50kg/2x5x55kg + 15+20 presses after each
- ss Hammercurls

That was the training for today. Had some pretty hard days UC wise and couldnt eat much. But the training felt good. Wasnt much but was quality.

Yes, that one ^^^

Silly me... when you described the protein content of quark as being similar to cottage cheese, I assumed you ate it plain since people tend to eat cottage cheese plain. That quark on its own was balls, though.

Here's something: yesterday, I mixed fat free/sugar free chocolate instant pudding powder into low fat ricotta and ate it for dessert. Christ, it was fucking good. I love ricotta to start, so that helps. This was like a delicious, yet healthful mousse.

Sounds delicious.
I eat the quark mixed with some skimmilk, fruit and some sweetener.
I prepare 500g quark with about 250ml milk, the fruit and the sweetener in the morning. This whole portion equals about 70g of slow digesting protein (while costing 1-2 dollars depending on the fruits you use). I usually eat half of it in the afternoon and the other half before bed with some flaxseedoil. The last couple of days I became a bit inconsitent with this habit as I couldnt almost eat at all.

Vagina=Kryptonite
