Hurt my shoulder showing my little brohter some tackles (on saturday will be the traditional Christmasfootball me and my friends started a few years ago. In the beginning it was on the 24th

and we were only about 8 people. I probably cant go again this year. BAd thing as this year 20+ people gonna come.)
Went to training and sjipped the OHP due to the hurting shoulder.
- Many sets of benchpulls (dont know the weight and sets)
- Jumpsquats a few - then hurt my ankle
-45° backraise with and without weight a few sets
Went home.
Wasnt as shitty as it looks. The benchpulls felt good and my upperback got a good workout. My lower back got some good isolation work also. My shoulders, arms and legs could relax a bit. So thats ok.
