Hurt my shoulder showing my little brohter some tackles (on saturday will be the traditional Christmasfootball me and my friends started a few years ago. In the beginning it was on the 24th and we were only about 8 people. I probably cant go again this year. BAd thing as this year 20+ people gonna come.)

Went to training and sjipped the OHP due to the hurting shoulder.

- Many sets of benchpulls (dont know the weight and sets)

- Jumpsquats a few - then hurt my ankle

-45° backraise with and without weight a few sets

Went home.

Wasnt as shitty as it looks. The benchpulls felt good and my upperback got a good workout. My lower back got some good isolation work also. My shoulders, arms and legs could relax a bit. So thats ok.

HB is up to 10.7

Remission on saturday and you will hear me crushing bones at the footballgame over in the U.S. Do Miracles happen?

Tacro: 9.6

Did some training today. But something was wrong. After a few pullups my pulse went up that high that I almost blacked out. Felt dizzy for the next hour. Kept training a bit but then decided it was time to stop. Really have no idea whats going on. I guess it somehting to do with the Tacromlimos. But often you have sideeffects that come when you up the dosage but go away most of the time or get better once you stayed at this dosge for a while (like the sickness). So I hope this goes like this....

Training will be changed. Will try the classic lower/upper/upper split with an extra fancyday where I do stuff like OHS and Olympiclifting practice. Like that vloume and intensity stay about the same but the frequency goes down. More time to recover for the different musclegroups. Maybe that suits me better. Im still only half a year back in the game and I use thsi beginner status to find out which style suits me best.

Thx. But it seems like the footballmatch will take place without me again this year. Remission is still to far away.
It doesnt look that good overall. The Prograf dosage has almost reached the maximum possible amount and so far very little happened. I can up the dosage one, at most two more times. If it doesnt help then - over and out for the Prograf.
Thats some pressure....

No football for me today.
Coached a friend again yesterday.

- OHSquat up to 4x80kg [WOOOT!]

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8taJ3_u_UI

Then I though it was time to give

- Pushpress 1x80kg a go. Went up easy.

What a day!

Christmas workout today. Good ole christmas songs in the background a nd lots of people in the weightroom singing along.

- Pushpress to OHS with cleangrip 1x push + 2x squat x 80kg

- DL up to 1x160kg

- Failed at OHS 1x90kg [brought it donw yuite solid but on the transition my left elbow was to soft and I had to drop]

My new plan is set. HAd thought about doing somehting similar to what I had done as a teen. Those days I only had two plans and trained 3 times per week. So ababab. Funny thing is that yesterday a article about ab splits was published on t-nation. And there was it. AB-split with alternating upper and lower body days. That should be good. Like that I have a scheme as I dont like to train without any plan. But its very variable. And that exactlly what I need as I have days when I just cant lift for shit and have a very shitty workout (those days I gonna do light stuff like Bis/tris/shoulders/BWchins or Lunges/splitsquats/light er squats etc.) like last thursday or I have powerdays like on friday. Those days depending on wether its lower or upper I can just go at it with either heavy squats, DL followed by FS, RDLS and whatever or heavy Pushpress, weighted pullups, BO rows, bench etc.
Should work fine.
