Yap. Thats the way it goes.
Tacro: 3.1 - Dosage up to 2x3mg. Now something could happen. But it seems like 2x4 and 2x5 are also possible if needed.
The last time I was that excited prechristmas was..... last year . Those days the study ended and I got the real medication instead of the Placebo. A tough time that was. What a year... How will it end?

- Powershrugs 15x120kg/2x10x140kg

- RDLs 2x6x120kg/6x130kg

Life is hard

Surrendering would be losing your will to go on at all. Forget about the gym. Gym gains will come when your body is capable. You have much more to offer the world than a 20 rep squat.

Yap. I like the new me. Its just that the old me was strength. In all aspects. That was everything. But as I said, I like me now better. But the disease and me will never be friends

- OHP up to 5x62,5 [Bitch! Problems with breathing again. Got pretty lighteheaded. But Fatty told me thats overrated so I kept going ]

- BOrows 5x90/5x95/5x100/5x105 [Yo]

- Jumpsquats 2x1x30kg/6x1x40kg

- 45° backraise

- Splitsquats Front 6x60kg/BAck 6x70kg ss some negatives for one arm pullups

Someone as stolen my chain. So I couldnt try a new PR on weighted Pullups today. Those motherfuckers. Would like to know who steals all my stuff. One Abwheel, 3 towels and one chain so far. Will lock everything up now. Everything. Their bad.
Could bet its some of the bench and curl monkeys (who by the way talk about nothing else than how drunk they were last weekend - how stereotype can you get?). If I ever see one of them with the stolen stuff I will eat him and all the other creeps hanging arround him alive. Actually I would love this to happen one day.

My chain

Feel quite alright. Sickness is tolerable.

- Fullsquats 10x3x100 [Finally Im flexible enough to do fullsquats. Still I do them with a more than shoulderwidth stance and a lower barposition. + Knees almost dont move forward. Looks similar to the Squat the guy on the famous "deep enough photo" does.]

- Bench up to 4x92,5 [felt strong. Not that good but I felt good]

- Incline BP 9x70kg [I do those until my shoulders tend to move forward as this makes my right rotator hurt]

- Upper back Pullups, towel pull ups and CHINS [a nice yariation of the towel pullup is gripping the towel on the lower end and then pullup by pulling the end apart, the hands to the hips and the shoulderbaldes together - killer]

- Obliques

- Crucifix hold 12-13kg [not really sure what this dumbell weighs] x 20sec

Nice workout. Tomorrow I will get the result of the next bloodwork.

Today I coached a friend again. And I did some OHsquatting.

- 50kgx7 [lost balance]
Then I thought it was time to motivate Fatty a bit and did:

- 60kg(135lbs)x10 [those reps were full depth, crisp no shaking, easy and I almost jerked of wtching myself in the mirror doing those]

Then I did - fasten your seatbelt- something I thought would turn out to be the most stupid thing I have ever done:

- 80kgx1 [The rep was deep and crisp. A bit slow but I had full control.]

When I decided to give those a go today I thought that 5x60kg would be glorious. But what I did was way above my expectations. Especially the form was just like I had done OHS for years.

Then I tried a muscleup and failed miserably. Time to go

- Cleanpractice aka jumphumping the bar (loaded with a plate)

- Shrugs 12x140/2x12x150kg

- RDLs with elevated toes 6x110/6x120/6x130 [elevated toes is a good idea]

- clap pushups

- Skullcrusher 2x10x45kg/8x45kg ss Curls

- Incline PUBs 2 sets

Reck fell sideways doing shrugs. I dont know how you can loose balance doing shrugs - he doesnt either. Ripped one of his fingers open hitting a bench while going down but proceeded to workout. Good boy.
