I cant get in on the fun with this ip (I have an active acount that dont work) so I cant go in and check it out for you...

But in the program you have that you download with you should simply keep the torrent you just downloaded "active", so while you download this happens by default, when it is done downloaded you have to check that its active (it should be by default) and everytime you close your torrent program and then start it up again you have to "start" the torrents again...

As far as I know if you remove the torrents from the program you wont be able to have people upload that again so then you are screwed so keep them as much as possible...

The easy way to check out if its working is to check your "ratio", make sure that its rising and not dropping then its cool, in the begining before you got a good ratio up you need to be conservative with what you download, pull some stuff that seems popular so lots of people keep downloading from you and you should be cool.

Ok. Thank you again. Should work just fine. I will just download a popular file and after its finished people should be able to download from my PC automatically. So I will just wait until my ratio is good then before I download somehitng new.

....yeah that sounds like a plan... But of course you can pull down pdf books and stuff like crazy, but 4 gig dvds you should wait with until you got a better ratio... ;)

And search around in the archives of stuff, its full with interesting stuff

Not much time today. Trainig done in 35 mins. Another problem was that the doc sticked the needle through the veine yesterday instead of in it so my left lower arm was swollen all over. And the bitch hurts.

- Pullups 5xbw/2x5x20/6x20/2x30

- Pushpress 3x1x70/1x75/0x80 [meh]

- seated DBOHP 10x20/12x20kg

- Skullcrushers 3x10x32,5/5x40 ss Curls 2x10x32,5/8x32,5 [bicep touched lower arm very early on left arm ]

Fucking forearm hurts like a bitch. Wanted to do only RDL today as I want to do the squat 20 reppers soon. But I felt good.

- RDL 10x60/8x90/6x110/5x130

- DL 2x140/ 1x160

- BP 12x80/5x90/1x100 [I hate bench. No progress. Feel less and less comfortabel under the bar. Argh! Have to change something]

- Pullups 10xbw

- Random upper backstuff

- Abpulldowns 8x[9]/6x[9]

I will put bench after squats and dips after DL.

- Push press 3x1x70/1x75/0x80 [This bitch! The 75 went up that easy. Nect time I will go for 77,5 after the 75 not matter how easy they are]

- Pullups 5xBW/5x20 [those are very fast nowadays]/ 16sec static hold with chin over bar x20/ wide grip elbows out 11xbw/ 20x of these where you move your head from hand to hand while keeping the chin over that bar [my weakpoint are the last 1 or 2 inches, so that why I did all this stuff with my head over the bar]

- Suitcasedeads 8x60/3x70 [straps needed]/ 8x70

- Some more oblique work

The new plan: three groups of lifts: Lower body, upper push, upper pull. Three rep ranges: 1-3, 5-6, 6+ Each day starts with one lift of one group in the low rep range then on lift of another group in the medium rep range and then some exercises in the high rep range for the last group. Next workout rotate through.
So normally I would have done several lift for the lower body in the high rep range after the pull ups. But my hmmies were that sore from the RDLs that I did the suitcasedeads (somehow they were now problem) instead.

you can do 80 kg for 12 reps but 100 for 1 rep?? Thats seems kind of strange.
