Speaking of which, what part of Germany are you from Graedy? I had the luxury to spend a few months in and around Frankfurt. Lovely place, one of my favorites in the world.

- Squats 10x100kg/3x110/1x115 [Those 10x100 were solid but the others just looked whats going on with the heater, so there was nobody to spot]

- Pullups 5xbw/5x20/2x30/10xbw/9xbw [ok]

- OHP push 1x65/1x67,5/2x1x70 [its really all technique - good reps fly up like nothing]

- OHsquat with the 67,5kg [easy - much easier than I had thought]

- Random side raise, Bo laterals, Bo rows, one handed deadlifts etc.

MY shirtlift will be 20x100kg. Now I have to bring up my max for a while and then I will contact fatty, get the shirt and go for it.

- DL 10x60/3x90/3x110/5x130/1x140/1x150/[then I changed to double overhand] 1x160 double BW! [maybe even 4 plates would have been possible but I will save this this for a yeargoal]

- Squatwalkouts with 150kg [on the second walkout I did a half rep (easy) and then stood close to lockout for about 20 sec - 150kg should fall this year. MY weak is weak to what it used to be in my "prime". But Im blessed with a good grip ever since I was a child so I guess I will easily double over hand the 4 plates as well.]

- BP [felt weak] did some paused benches on Recks go. Like this style as my weakness is my chest

- Dips [Our dipholmes have a slight incline - this time I did them against the incline which forces you to stay completelly upright - hard] 11x20/3x40

- some qualitiytime on the pullupbar


Very nice workout today. ITs really sad that becasue of being anemic I dont have lots of gas in the tank. But today was a day I felt pretty good. And if I ever reach this level constantlly in my life again I will be pleased.
