- Squats 10x100kg/3x110/1x115 [Those 10x100 were solid but the others just looked whats going on with the heater, so there was nobody to spot]
- Pullups 5xbw/5x20/2x30/10xbw/9xbw [ok]
- OHP push 1x65/1x67,5/2x1x70 [its really all technique - good reps fly up like nothing]
- OHsquat with the 67,5kg [easy - much easier than I had thought]
- Random side raise, Bo laterals, Bo rows, one handed deadlifts etc.
MY shirtlift will be 20x100kg. Now I have to bring up my max for a while and then I will contact fatty, get the shirt and go for it.
