I use the same weight for every exercise in the complex. The whole complex should be one fluid motion.

VIVA LA REVOLUCION!

One more enlightend person finally stepped out of the dark.
What I find funny is that you lb-guys use gramms to measure small units like proteinpowderservings. And gramms is metric. YEAHW!

Go the kg's, and it's great to see Graedy lifting consistantly, you said you'd do it and you have, I'm sure it isn't remotely as smooth as that, but it's great to see this happening!!!

Graedy, glad to hear you're doing relatively ok. Stay strong my friend, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Thx girls and guys. Im back on antibiotics from today on. 1200mg Metronidazol and 1000mg Cipro. It just became too bad again the last couple of days. Not much sleep due to toilette at least every 2 hours, too much blood and zero appetit. Which means almost unable to train. And this is the indicator. So I hope to get things back to ok level in 3-4 days.

22 years and incontinent like an old man. Happy birthday! Sometimes hard to face the truth.

Anyway. Do what you are able to do:

- OHP 2x5x60kg/2x65/2x1x65

- BOrows 6x60/6x90/3x6x102,5/2x3x115kg [on the 102,5 I grip pinky on ring for the 115 kg sets I go narrower]

- Standing Abpulldowns 12x[7]/8x[9]/6x[9] supersetted 45°BR 2x12x20kg

- Some walking lunges and Curls

Things are getting really bad recentlly. I bleed like a pig. Antibiotics didnt help so far although I run on the highest dose possible.
Training today? The wisest decision would be not to go. But am I wise?
