Meeting with the prof:
"superstudymedication" at the end of the year / beginning of next year. Other medication like higher dosages of Humira dont really work (16% over Placebo).
Strategy: At the moment the inflamaiton seems to be very small. When it "drifts of" - Clont + Cipro (Im really a special case as chemotherapy doesnt work but antibiotics work quite well).
But the imperative stools.
Me: "Just rediscovered Paracodein. Doesnt work 100% but maybe with a higher dosage..."
Prof:" Ah, thats great! Then take it."
Me:" But its an opiate. I heard its not a good idea to take too much too long. Addiction and so on...."
Prof *waves left hand*:"Well, Addicition, addiciton.... Just take it. Take it several times a day. Take it till your mouth is dry."
Me *laughing*: "Ok. Sounds good."
Prof: "But not under a drugperspective." *;)*

This guy is great. He told me some stuff from latest research. Stuff he "learned" (he really uses this word) on congresses with other topguys. Very interesting. The best thing is when he askes me about my opinion on some stuff. I mean he is really a famous researcher. But Im from the front (when you know what I mean). I guess thats what you need to become really good. Stay down to earth and still listen to the people that dont have a room full of awards.

So, UC. Fear me. And fear my allies.

Inspired by Fattys trainer story I decided to write some about the weightroomchurch.
When me and my friends (Yes, we are now a group of 4 people, all very different states of strength but all very dedicated) train theres often another group of guys in the WRC.
I should say at this point that I never trained ina commercialgym and only know about curlmonkeys and Menshealthroutinefollowers from the internet.
So when I saw those guys work out I had tears in my eyes. Finally I saw curlmonkeys in real life. Great. Last time I was chaining a 20kg plate arround my waist one of them said: "Some people just have to overdo it." I responded that more weight is the only way to go. After I did my reps he said:"Wow. I can only do 10-12 reps without weight (this guy is really skinny)." "Time to put some weight arround your waist." "Im not that advanced" he responded. I thought:"I know that you train here for years. I have started out just about 2 months ago...." But I said nothing but looked at him until he trolled away.
Today this same guy came over to me: "You never bench? You guys mainly train your legs."
"Yes. I focus on compound movments. I bench from time to time." "Ah, Ok."
Those guys really do bench and about a thousand variations of curls everytime I see them. From time to time they do some halfassed squats with 30kg zero depth and horrible form.
This guy was interested in the way I train. But he is just not worthy. Those guys are caricatures. Bench, curl and talk about how drunk they were is really, really all they do. And from the way they correct each others form you can really see: Mens Health reader.

The old WRC only had one very small window. It was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The new one is almost all window and has airconditioning.
But humanwaste is taking over this place. None of them seesm worthy to put in the effort to assimilate them.

EDIT: Cool pic!

Yes, they will ask you questions because they see the gains you make, yet they will never put two and two together and say, "hey, maybe I should try that." One percent are willing to understand and you must embrace them for it. I would love it if I had the financial freedom to open am invitation-only gym.

This ignorance as they think they know it all as they read it in MH or whatever makes me said. Its obvious that me and all the guys training "my" way make much, much faster gains. Yet they dont see it. Most of the people are so close minded in general. Dogmas everywhere. Not just in lifting.
I have to admit that I thought about to invite this guy to train with us. But I dont want to teach another person yet. But when he askes me kindly I will do it.

The sickness today was unreal. Almost didnt eat anything.
Went to the WRC to show my father some stuff.
Of course I couldnt resist and did some stuff myself. Nothing to write down....

But I came to the conclusion that I fucking love being in the WRC and that I could switch to a 5 day split (see thread in S&P)

The lady where you order the studymedication and me always talk a bit when I order some stuff. She told me that she had some very postive feedback recently. E.g. for one patient the medication worked after many months and she cried and said that she had the most beautyfull summer since 20 years ago.
20 years, guys. 20 fucking years....

- abwork

- OHP 2x2x57,5/2x2x60kg [easy. Would have done more sets but while I was explaining soemthing to some guy some of my friends started to squat there as he thought I was finished - So I jsut moved on]

- Pull ups up to 5x30kg

- some random backstuff like benchpulls and Bo laterals

- DBcomplex x 4 1 min rest [Hands up durring rest periods and even some light shadow boxing]

Grappeled with a friend. First he started in full mount. I just overpowered him. Pull head down and flipped him over then a can opener and he tapped. Everything happened in a few seconds.
Then I started in full mount and just tried to stay on top. changed to sidemount and tried to control. Didnt free my head and just let him try to get a choke in. Didnt really get one in so after a while I went more active. That was fucking exhausting. In the end he tapped as he was just gassed. But so was I .

Then we recognized that there was blood all over the floor. Both my knees were cut open from trying to stay on top and like that sliding over the rough floor.

My friend really is in great shape now. So its really great to train a bit with him. But the complex x 4, shadow boxing in between and then grappling was really tough for both of us.
